    How much is shipping?

    Shipping is FREE.

    Each item you purchase are likely to be shipped out separately unless you purchase two or more of the same item. The reason for this is simply because we have a network of warehouses across the world and the items are likely to come from different warehouses. 

    How do I check the status of my order?

    Once the item is shipped, usually within a week of your purchase, you will receive an email containing the shipping information. Once you have received the shipping information, you may click on the Track Order page. Also, feel free to contact us directly at support@pounceandplay.com to check the status.  

    As soon as your order is placed, the order is sent to one of our warehouses and the item will be shipped out within 2-7 working days.  

    How long does delivery take?

    Delivery usually takes between 15-20 business days. Due to the high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow an extra 5 working days.

    Please note, because of the current worldwide pandemic, we are experiencing delays to our shipping services. All delivery timeframes are NOT a guarantee.  

    We also do not take responsibility for deliveries that take longer than this timeframe caused by customer's providing incorrect shipping details on their order or missed parcel deliveries.   

    Do you deliver products internationally?

    Pounce N' Play has a large number of very satisfied and loyal customers around the world. 

    Currently, we ship within Australia, United States of America, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, Philippines, Macau, Taiwan, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Peru and countries within the European Union. 

     

    WHY WAS I CHARGED $X.XX AND $XX.XX APPEARS IN PAYPAL OR ON MY INVOICE?

    Our prices are charged in United States Dollars (USD).  While the prices may display in your local currency, you will be charged in USD. 

    I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picked a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?

    Please email us at support@pounceandplay.com as soon as possible, as we MAY be able to help. In most cases, however, we are not usually about to help as our items are usually processed and shipped immediately after you place your order.

    Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer technology), which is widely used on the internet for processing payments. 

    Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.
